雖然我自己有很多的財產，但是我真的是不知道該怎么的把這些財產都好好的理一下，我是一個不擅理財的人，所以我為了這件事，真的是很心疼啊，後來我把這事告訴給我的一個朋友，後來朋友給我介紹了一個做理財策劃的人，這個做理財策劃的人，就給做了一下理財策劃，他把我的這些煩惱都給我解決掉了，而且還讓我在之前的財產上又增加了一些，我真的是太高興了，所以我覺得一個好的理財策劃人員對我們這些人來講真的是太重要了，我真的是很謝謝他。

要是這個場地真是要出租的話我真是有點舍不得啊，但是現在也是沒有辦法的辦法了，畢竟我們現在最缺少的就是錢了，要是沒有了這筆錢的話我想我們的任何計劃都是泡影了。所以這個公司來跟我們談場地 出租的事情的時候我們也是很開心的。這個場地是我們這個工廠自有土地所以說要是出租的話也是需要開各種證明的，但是這都不是問題，只要他們公司給出的錢在我們的預計之內的話我們都是能夠接受的。這個場地 出租的事情我覺得對我們的幫助還是很大的啊，要不然的話我真是不知道怎麼辦了。

對于去澳洲升學來說我還是很願意的，開始的時候說實話我是對去澳洲升學抱有一點抵觸心理的，我覺得這樣的話我就沒有辦法和父母在一起的，跟著他們長大的我是多麽的舍不得他們啊，但是要是去澳洲升學就意味著我要和他們分開了， 我真是不願意這樣的！但是通過他們最後和我的談心我知道了我是不可能跟著他們麽一輩子的，這樣的話我們就不可能一起了。最後的我覺得還是聽他們的話去澳洲升學吧，畢竟過幾年我就回來了，這幾年裏面我一定會好好學習的，我相信一定是可以的。

真是了不起啊，他竟然拿到了高級文憑啊！我真是很羨慕他的，之前他的學習成績真是不怎麽樣的但是誰知道他就拿到了高級文憑啊！最後通過跟他的談話我才知道原來是他參加了這個高級文憑課程，他說這個高級文憑課程對他的幫助真是很大很大的！開始的時候其實他對高級文憑已經不抱什麽希望了，但是爲了試一試他還是去參加了高級文憑課程，沒有想到上了這個高級文憑課程以後他的思路一下就開拓了。最後就取得了這個高級文憑，真是讓人羨慕啊！
